- What a fantastic and inspiring tale of persistence. Very well done to everyone at WMBD. Dalliance (talk) 12:25, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
- If any Wikipedian wants to support Wikimedia Bangladesh, please review their grant requests and funding reports when they begin to make and have them. Currently they have none outstanding, but in the future, find them through the interface portal at meta:Grants:Start. Giving a grant review is a huge favor to any chapter or community group, as it increases collaboration between the chapter and the rest of the Wikimedia community and increases the respectability and legitimacy of the chapter's volunteers and their projects.
- It is my belief that because of the number of speakers and because of the richness and longevity of Bangla literary and artistic traditions, Wikimedia Bangladesh is one of the most important Wikimedia chapters in the Wikimedia movement. Its continued success is an accomplishment for which all Wikipedians can be proud. Blue Rasberry (talk) 18:03, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you Blue Rasberry and others for your praise & support. It means a lot to us & encourages to keep up as a volunteer community. - Ali Haidar Khan Tonmoy (talk) 16:46, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
- The new chapter can be listed (with a shortcut) at Help:Interwikimedia links.
