Name and Purpose for the Article

Perhaps it should be named "Data Quality Issues with NHL and NRHP Information"? The purpose is to record discrepancies and to permit researchers / editors to share facts. I mean for the article itself to refrain from judgments and be entirely factual, documented, and to adhere to the "No Original Research" credo. As I have been working on the List of National Historic Landmarks in New York, I have come across data discrepancies that seem to need to be described (in the article) and discussed (perhaps here in this talk page). doncram 05:40, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
