closed ones

[edit]

I think it might be a good idea to keep the last six days of deletion discussions up unless they are still being discussed. The closed ones could be moved to the archives. --Pinkkeith (talk) 15:00, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm with you, my concern is the articles we never know about that get deleted. Banjeboi 20:37, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's an age old problem with wikipedia sadly. Someone has to keep an eye on all AfDs. Ged UK (talk) 06:33, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I wonder if we should try to rev up Satyrbot (to add project tag onto articles) and something similar to search for articles with out tag that has a prod, Afd, Cfd, etc tag on it? Banjeboi 21:56, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like a good idea to me! Ged UK (talk) 06:26, 9 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Empty day place holders

[edit]

Do we really need place holders for days in which there are no new AfD's to be added? They sort of annoy me, but if there's a reason to have them, I'll deal with it. Aleta Sing 20:16, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have no objection. I just keep them there in case I missed an article, template or category up for discussion. There are links in the header that will take you directly to the discussions. --Pinkkeith (talk) 20:18, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

beware the a7 and prods, my son

[edit]

Is there a better way of keeping an eye out for speedy deletion tagging on LGBT-related articles? I've been seeing a fairly large push to A7/PROD LGBT-related articles lately, without notifying the original author, and without applying WP:BEFORE. --je deckertalk 16:55, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
