Guideline
[edit]Per Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Ireland/Archive_16#RFC:_Categorising_Northern_Ireland_under_Ireland (now archived), I marked this as a guideline. As with all guidelines, consensus can change, so obviously feel free to have follow up discussions concerning this as appropriate.
