IA of Wikipedia
[edit]On another site I got the question "Does anyone know anything about the IA of Wikipedia? Are there any sitemap diagrams or other IA deliverables from the site somewhere? I've done a few Google searches and haven't come up with much. I'm interested because it has so many links, backdoors, and levels of hierarchy, that I can only imagine the IA must have been a doozy for the original designer." Have you seen meta:2016_Strategy/Communities or File:2016_Strategic_Approaches_Report.pdf? What is your view?

"Internet" vs. "internet"
[edit]Please see Talk:Internet#Request for comment: should "internet" be capitalized as a proper noun?
There's some debate there about the difference between "the Internet" and "an internet", about what a proper name is, and about whether news style guides (cf. WP:NOT#NEWS policy) should be considered reliable for how to write about technical topics. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 14:35, 26 October 2020 (UTC)
