Keeping the self-nom period open through the voting

- I think it's fine -- I agree with Sephiroth about notifying everyone. Also, the banner needs to be changed to reflect this and the fact that there are already more than seven candidates. --Melty girl 16:04, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
