Re-write of State Park article

Maricopa County government
[edit]There's little info the structure of Maricopa County government, though there is some info on current elected officials like Joe Arpaio and Andrew Thomas. My ultimate goal would to fill out articles for a complete Maricopa County gov. navbox, such as the one LA County has: [1]. For residents of Maricopa County, County elected officials have come under increasing scrutiny and controversy, and I think wikipedia pages would be important contributions. Anyone want to help?
