Just some possible ideas, placing here for now. — Cirt (talk) 02:17, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Cirt, if you can add them to the to-do list, we're just using the to-do list from WikiWomen's History Month. You can find it here. Do keep in mind that a large portion of the people organizing events aren't regular editors, they primarily are newer and edit at events, so they might not be checking out the talk pages. Just wanted to let you know that in case you were wondering why the talk page was low traffic :) SarahStierch (talk) 15:59, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Okay sounds good. A few of these projects I might take on myself, such as perhaps the new article creations. — Cirt (talk) 16:00, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Added some to Wikipedia:WikiWomen's History Month/To-do list. — Cirt (talk) 16:20, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Wikisource

[edit]
  1. s:Wikipedia is pushing the boundaries of scholarly practice but the gender gap must be addressed
  2. s:Author:Adrianne Wadewitz.

I found one document she wrote, which was conveniently licensed as CC-BY-SA-3.0, for the London School of Economics. So I added that one to Wikisource and created an Author page associated with it.

Anyone know of any other free-use documents authored by her that could be added to Wikisource?

Different page, same idea

Ginetta Sagan Award winners

[edit]

I proposed on Adrianne's talk page turning the redlinks for these leading human rights activists blue. I'm not quite sure where to list it on this project page, but anyone who wants to assist or add other article listings is most welcome. The more the merrier. Happy Easter. I need help for the London editathon

[edit]

Could anyone advise me on how / where to set up a page specifically for the London event? I've got the time and a very apt place (literally the Mary Wollstonecraft Room), but I need support of various sorts. Carbon Caryatid (talk) 21:54, 22 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

2015 Wadewitz Tribute Edit-a-thons

[edit]

Adrianne was a regular and a much missed presence at ASECS meetings. This year, there is going to be a memorial Wikipedia Edit-a-thon at the March 2015 meeting (there may also be a panel discussion her work). I'm not one of the organizers, but I offered to put the information up here. Let me know if I should be contacting others (LA people, etc). — Preceding unsigned comment added by FaulkTest (talkcontribs) 20:15, 9 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
