Wikipedia talk:Training/Newcomers/Citing sources

These newcomer pages are great, but there is one sentence on this particular page that puzzles me: near the bottom, the text says "You can also use the Cite gadget, described on the next page," but when I click on the next page arrow at the bottom, it takes me to a page [Page 4] that does not mention cites or gadgets.
I did not edit the article, as I am unsure whether this artifact is intentional, and, if it's a glitch, how to fix it. Is the phrase "Cite gadget" referring to the Citation expander gadget [Citation Expander] or to some other gadget that I've not spotted?

- @Willinglearner: Perfectly true. It must mean the next page of some other program. The "Part 1" video linked on the page used to have a counterpart Part 2 video about this very topic, which you can still view if you go to an older version of the training page - open page history and select the version dated 8 November 2012. This makes it clear that it does mean the citation expander gadget, which interprets doi, PMED and ISBN references among other tasks. Thank you for pointing this out, and hope you complete the course successfully.
- Template editors: The link to the Part 2 video needs restoring on the present version of the page. Would someone experienced with these templates please deal: Noyster (talk), 19:30, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
