Is it just me, or is the rollover time for the featured article acting irregularly?

• 14 out of 29 main page featured articles (including jaguar) are by-and-large related to the english-speaking world (including Ireland, Britain, Canada). Is that a balanced choice or is it standard policy of the English Wikipedia?--Radufan 01:06, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
