It says (understandably) that only admins can edit "Today's featured article". So "recomissioned" should be spelled "recommissioned", and "decomissioned" should be spelled "decommissioned".Art LaPella 05:40, September 2, 2005 (UTC)

Ambiguous, possibly incorrect sentence

[edit]

At her launching, the ship was christened by her ship's sponsor: Mary Margaret Truman, daughter of Harry S. Truman, then a senator from Missouri.

Can someone help me understand the above sentence? If the pronoun her above refers to the ship, what does her ship mean? Am I missing something here?

Also, who was the Senator at that time, Mary or Harry? For this, I can look up the articles, though. -- Sundar \talk \contribs 06:06, September 2, 2005 (UTC)
