The best I can tell, "Grand Slam" was a term invented last year and promulgated by Jim Gluckson, who handles media relations for the Breeders' Cup. I have no objection to the term in the article, but I wouldn't want to use it at TFA without qualifying it, and there isn't room to do that. - Dank (push to talk) 17:13, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
