Should probably use an image that at least has a source described on the image page.--nixie 06:27, 3 August 2005 (UTC)
- I've switched images and caption to one labeled as a PR photo. →Raul654 07:08, August 3, 2005 (UTC)
Nirvana is not an early grunge band; it was formed and popularized around the middle of grunge's history (assuming you use 1983-1997 as a rough timeline). I suggest changing that bit of inaccuracy. -- LGagnon 02:08, August 4, 2005 (UTC)
- Ok, what do you think the caption should say? →Raul654 02:13, August 4, 2005 (UTC)
Maybe "Nirvana helped popularize the genre with their song "Smells Like Teen Spirit"." -- LGagnon 00:39, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
I also recommend using the newly added image Image:Nirvana_band_four_members.jpg instead of the current one. It better reflects Nirvana's usual image, which is more typical of grunge. -- LGagnon 21:41, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
- "Doh! Yes, I suppose guys dressed in suits is not a good image to represent grunge music :) →Raul654 23:57, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for changing it. The caption is still unchanged, though, at least from what I saw on the main page. I suggest changing that soon. -- LGagnon 00:44, August 6, 2005 (UTC)
Done. →Raul654 00:46, August 6, 2005 (UTC)
Possible replacement image
[edit]{{editprotected}}
Possibly, Image:Nirvana around 1992.jpg could be used as a replacement image here (the previous one was removed as non-free). Carcharoth 13:38, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
- I added it. — Carl (CBM · talk) 15:41, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
