Jokes

A humorous and silly page. Looks like just the place for me. Where can I join? Yoshaibo (talk) 20:15, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

This former project of sorts is no longer active and is here only for historical purposes. — Save_Us 00:45, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

Deactivation

I want to make sure that this should stay as a place to laugh. Wikipedia can't be a stodgy. --ÆAUSSIEevilÆ 17:41, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

Reactivation

Here's one for bad jokes.... and other deleted nonsense! 192.12.88.7 (talk) 15:22, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Aww

This got deleted?

It was funny as hell. ( fi ) 01:52, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Yes. I though that I should have moved in Colorful sheep here, but I saw that the "Wikipedia:Bad jokes and other nonsence" was deleted, and this was the new thing. I got really sad when I saw it. :( 62.16.168.251 (talk) 18:00, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

Google-Eyed

"(If it is not on google, it doesn't exist.)"

Google is not a criterion. I have complained about this elsewhere. There is still a great deal of material which exists only in print sources and not online. I think using "Google" as sole member of the judge and jury undermines the credibility of wikipedia.--MacRusgail (talk) 15:40, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

It's a joke you dunce. Dunkergilligan (talk) 19:06, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

My friend billy had a 10ft willy and he showed it to the neighbour next door. She thought it was a snake and she hit it with a rake. And now it's only 5'4ft.

Google for (Your name)'s brain. If it is not on Google, it doesn't exist. Ha ha. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.97.11.241 (talk) 13:45, 7 March 2010 (UTC) "(If it is not on google, it doesn't exist.)" cDariusz Kania 32590 Pozrozrabiam

Un-historical

WP:BAD should be unhistoricaled. I see no reason not to add to it. 192.12.88.7 (talk) 14:57, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

If you can find the diff for every one of these revisions, go ahead and add to it. If not, well... not. ~user:orngjce223 how am I typing? 16:59, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

Un-historical, new version

I propose that a new BJAODN be created on Wikipedia, composed of entirely new BJAODN, and with all revisions sourced. — Rickyrab | Talk 18:54, 6 April 2010 (UTC)

Go for it! -- œ 15:18, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
Did this ever happen? Because I'm all for it! Yay, fun! (Vandalism concerns could be addressed by somehow hiding it from non-registered editors?) Cheers, Zaldax (talk) 22:36, 6 August 2012 (UTC)

The German model

Zis page iz no good. At home, ve haff vays of dealing viss zese people! Achtung! Paradoctor (talk) 04:32, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

All the external links except the one to Wiktionary are un-official and just spam. With all these other sites there's no reason to stop anyone from adding their own comedy wikis.--Otterathome (talk) 10:54, 28 June 2009 (UTC)

Un-official to what? There are no "official" Silly Things sites; and External links sections are not meant for only Wikimedia sites.
Spam is advertising.. this is hardly advertising, besides, I can't see someone dedicating their time to linkspamming a sillything/badjoke/lolol site, unless they're trolling in which case it's vandalism and gets dealt with the usual way.
I understand your point that anyone can add their comedy site, that's true, this list can become long and unwieldy, but that is not happening, nor has it ever, and until it does this small list of loosely related sites only serve to complement this page. -- œ 11:19, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
There is nothing on those pages that offers additional information about comedic material on wikipedia. And such loosely related sites don't belong here, you don't have external links to 'complement' pages.--Otterathome (talk) 12:24, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
Ok I've requested a WP:Third opinion. -- œ 13:16, 28 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi folks. Third opinion on offer here. Is it strictly necessary to take the Silly Things page so seriously? It almost seems in poor taste... maybe a candidate for the page itself?? Anyway, a cursory look at the links suggests that they are all wiki related rather than spam. So I'd leave well enough alone. Hope that helps! Cheers, Blippy (talk) 10:17, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

what about the Dora the explorer page???71.249.69.196 (talk) 21:54, 3 September 2009 (UTC)guydudeasian
