I've re-opened the review. Justification depends on your general WP stance. If your main interest is WP content, the reason is that I was steadily working my way through the review, and I wasn't finished yet. I'd like to preserve the record of what I did and didn't change in response to the reviewer's comments for the article's upcoming (hopefully) FACy.
