Established users posing as unregistered IP addresses

Some WP users (and others) may correct typos etc without signing in.

The editor may be operating from work/elsewhere and not wish others there to know their WP identity.

Requesting clarification on "seemingly silly questions"/minor topics tangental to the editor's main areas (eg fanfic or "certain obscure practices")
