I would like to see more material on the civil rights aspect of Baltimore history in the write-up. I have drafted this language for my report to the professional society and would like to use it in this notice:

The event’s focus will be on Baltimore's railroad history and the role the United States Railroad Administration played on integrating Women into a male-dominated workforce in the pre-WWI time period. Established in 1917 as part of the war mobilizations for World War I, this year marks the centennial of this forgotten part of American History. This event marked the largest nationalization of the private sector in American history. This Wikithon will focus on the USRA article and other women's history items. The event is free and hosted at the Museum facilities. Attendees will be encouraged to become a Wikipedia editor and spend time contributing to articles on African American history and Baltimore industry with guidance from experts. They will bring their own equipment and no experience is necessary.
