Argh! scary template. Biggest problem I have is "misconduct by". If there's misconduct, that goes to arbcom imho. Could that be changed to "(Gentle) disagreement between A and B" ? . Kim Bruning 11:49, 25 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, calling things incidents and requesting diffs to stress where the differences people are probably not a great way to bring them back together, I think ;-) That might just be me though.

Key requirement

What I've said above are just suggestions. The important thing is this:

See if we can keep mediation cabal procedure as different as possible from arbcom and medcom, so as to maintain it as a viable redundant pathway. This is the main reason for having a mediation cabal next to the committee: if one system fails, the other will (hopefully) be different enough to remain standing.
