[edit]This is probably a hoax. There are no references to this topic or to Bayleigh operator of equality on google except in articles copied from there. Also, there are used several definitions which are not defined elsewhere (so it's impossible to verify the statements), and the article is written so that it cannot be understood. I think it should be deleted, unless someone cleans this up.
- I'm putting this on VfD. I think it is a hoax but in any case it is not a very serious or notable concept.
