Current Squad: Unattached / Free Agent

Hey all,

In a national team's Current Squad, do we think it's best practice to show a player without a club as:

Use WP:ENGVAR. I'd have to revert to "free agent" in articles such as Philippines national football team. Unattached sounds like their limbs have been dismembered. Howard the Duck (talk) 00:45, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Liam Dulson DOB

Liam Dulson - Soccerway says born November 1999, putting him at 24, but this says he was 18 in 2020 and that he turns 23 in January 2025, putting DOB as January 2002... which is correct?
