Surprised

I was surprised to see this as a featured picture for two reasons: (1) it crops out the title completely and (seemingly) without reason; and (2) it's in PNG format, when this undoubtedly should be in JPG format. --MZMcBride (talk) 06:01, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
