What makes Wiktionary a reliable source?
- Good question. I always thought of those as bluelinks rather than sources, but I am unaware of previous discussion on the validity of this.     - aaah my bad. I was talking about links such as wikt:gregarious, which I've used instead of gregarious (as an example). I didn't see that one as a ref. I've removed it. Why are "pigeon" and "chough" miniscule but "Rook" capitalised?

- Doesn't show up very well, but you have chyak-chyak and kak-kak in quotes but kiaw and kyow without.

Rubbish tips - Is that a purely British term? Is there a more general word available?

Check your capitalisations on "jackdaw" as a stand-alone word. I'm seeing both capital and miniscule letters.
