Harrias please see the WP:FAC instructions; the template {{xt}} should not be used at FAC because it causes problems with template limits in archives. Could you please remove them? SandyGeorgia (Talk) 03:21, 7 May 2023 (UTC)
- @SandyGeorgia: Done here too. Will check through any others I have open, and try my best to avoid in future (though it has become my habitual way of doing it, so I might slip up until I get used to it!) Harrias (he/him) • talk 07:17, 7 May 2023 (UTC)
- @SandyGeorgia are the ones I used okay? Or is TQ also not allowed? MaxnaCarta (talk) 10:23, 7 May 2023 (UTC)
- Here's the FAC instructions (thanks for understanding-- the page is really slow, and these cause FACs to drop out of the archives) ... no tq either. The way I avoid this problem is by doing long reviews on the talk page of the FAC, since those don't get transcluded to archives and don't cause a problem:
- Do not use graphics or complex templates on FAC nomination pages. Graphics such as Done and Not done slow down the page load time, and complex templates can lead to errors in the FAC archives. For technical reasons, templates that are acceptable are {{collapse top}} and {{collapse bottom}}, used to hide offtopic discussions, and templates such as {{green}} that apply colours to text and are used to highlight examples without altering fonts. Other templates such as {{done}}, {{not done}}, {{tq}}, {{tq2}}, and {{xt}}, may be removed.

- I’ll get rid of mine too. I knew not to use the ticks and crosses but didn’t realise green text wrecked the archive too. Thanks for this sandy. MaxnaCarta (talk) 11:46, 7 May 2023 (UTC)
