wonder why ZECA ( Zero emission coal alliance" )is not mentioned in this article on coal,as the most promissing project to result in zero emission thermal power plants(no chimneys even),while producing H2 (electricity),and besides needing no water for refrigeration, efficiency of 65% etc,and so as likely the best element to help fighting climate change.
