Why this page

I linked to this project page from an RM discussion, and was surprised to find it redirect to an essay that covers only user conduct, and equally surprised to find few incoming links from talk pages (six including mine and two archive pages).

This should be a very useful essay, if properly written... brief, informative, (accurate of course) and comprehensive. Feel free to help develop it along those lines. Andrewa (talk) 16:57, 23 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
