Organizations and Society (Soc 424) This course provides students with the training and opportunities to post background information about the organizations in society. The goal is that students learn how to write encyclopedia relevant entries about the organization of their choosing. The organizational form is less important than the quality of entries. The organizations may be part of government, large or small corporations, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, religious organizations, philanthropic organizations, etc. The goal is that students complete an essay of sufficient quality that they post to Wikipeadia.
