Probably because italics+boldface. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 14:21, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
Failed to picked WP:JCW/CRAP and WP:CRAPWATCH for RFD

Comments: Both shortcuts link to Wikipedia:WikiProject Academic Journals/Journals cited by Wikipedia/Questionable1 which is tagged with both {{WP Journals}} and {{WP OA}}. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 09:15, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
- Redirects only work in article and template namespace. I added Wikipedia namespace. [2] — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 11:09, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Chokes on DYK blurbs with templates in them
Filled by: Headbomb (talk · contribs)
Time filed: 17:07, 5 February 2019 (UTC)
Link(s): Template:Did_you_know_nominations/Qian_Linzhao, [3]
Comments: Yeah, I don't actually think there is any syntax for how DYKs are written. I thought it was just text, but I have now seen so many different things and the daily log is half full of DYKN errors. There is no way for me to parse and remove every possible template and formatting thing. I need to rethink my approach or DYKN needs to have proper syntax. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 17:44, 5 February 2019 (UTC)
- Personally, I'd just omit the proposed blurb for simplicity. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 19:44, 5 February 2019 (UTC)
- I agree with Headbomb. Schwede66 02:34, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
I disabled DYKN blurbs [4]. Current ones will remain until they get archived. New ones won't be parsed. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 12:27, 18 March 2019 (UTC)
Delsort pages not picked up
Filled by: Hellknowz (talk · contribs)
Time filed: 11:01, 18 March 2019 (UTC)
Comments:
Can't believe how many bugs I managed to cram into delsort matching. In short, I don't think delsorts have even worked since the last major delsort overhaul (at best, old pages remained, but new ones didn't get added). Issues I had:
- Correlating pages with full delsort page name when the page records only store the topic name
- Not replacing "_" in delsort listing with " " in titles
- Not removing "(2nd nomination)" stuff in delsort listing

Bot edit not marked as bot edit
Filled by: DePiep (talk · contribs)
Time filed: 08:18, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
Link(s): [8]
Comments: I have the diff'ed page on my watchlist, nice. I wonder why the edit provided does not have the "b" (bot edit) set? The edit shows up in my recent edits list, while other bot edits are hidden. (Not fatal, just a question). -DePiep (talk) 08:18, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- The short answer is at User:AAlertBot#Why_doesn't_the_bot_use_the_bot_flag?. Basically, so users who hide bot edits (like yourself) can still follow the report page. One has to deliberately watchlist the page, so it's implied you are following it and want to see it on the watchlist. It wouldn't affect editors who have bot edits shown. Unfortunately, there's no simple way to make watchlist "not show bot edits, except certain ones". — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 09:04, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- Weird reasoning. Maybe I choose to 'follow' the page for other reasons. -DePiep (talk) 23:17, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- Just a comment – thank you for not hiding these updates like other bot edits. I very much appreciate that this now shows on my watchlist. Schwede66 03:29, 12 July 2019 (UTC)

Undated RM listings

Comments: In the “Requested moves” section, there continue to be undated listings, in between the active and closed listings. I’ve noticed this for a few weeks now.
- Thanks for reporting. Yep, it's a known issue unfortunately. This is being addressed in Wikipedia_talk:Article_alerts/Bugs#Mass_move_nominations. I really need to free up some time to update the bot. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 12:16, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks. — Gorthian (talk) 04:32, 18 July 2019 (UTC)
Strip underscore and other HTML encoding in links
Filled by: Headbomb (talk · contribs)
Time filed: 10:00, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
Link(s): See 2nd PROD entry in [9]
Comments:
Well, technically, that's what it was redirected to -- title with underscores. But I can strip them for prettiness. I'm not sure of the point of stripping HTML entities, since they render the same. [[&]]
renders as & but still points to "&". But I can convert them for prettiness. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 16:30, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
Fixed in next update. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 10:10, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
