Checking Département in France led me to Pas-de-Calais as second northernmost. Comparing Communes of the Pas-de-Calais département against Category:Pornographic magazines, Category:Bondage magazines, and Category:Fetish magazines I found Marquise, Pas-de-Calais and Marquis (magazine) as a matching pair. Dropping each letter in turn led me to Maquis, given that this is the internet I went straight for Maquis (Star Trek), who hold among their ranks one Thomas Riker, double of William Riker.
