This is a World Archaeology survey course, introducing students to both basic archaeological methods and world history, studied through the lens of material culture. The course covers archaeological sites and excavations on every continent. Student contributions will relate to archaeological sites, cultures, and archaeologists, with a focus on underrepresented groups in each category.
