This course explores the intersection of anthropology with genetics and genomics. We will cover the basics of DNA and the principles of population genetics as they relate to the study of humans. We will discuss the ways in which anthropological knowledge illuminates genetic research, how such knowledge how it intersects with public understandings and outreach."
