This course is a 3rd-year course for majors in Linguistics & Speech Science (the latter is a clinical program that streams into the Faculty of Medicince Speech & Audiology program). This is an elective activity, and student choose between completing a final take-home exam or developing a Wikipedia entry. Students also have the choice of developing the entry as a solo activity, or in groups of up to 4 students. The students self-select their groups, and select three topics they are interested in working on; the instructor makes a final decision concerning the specific topic that the groups work on.
