The course objective is to introduce important concepts in biophysical chemistry. You will develop an understanding of how thermodynamics and spectroscopy are applied to problems of biological interest. You will gain insight into the structure and function of biological molecules and systems and consult the current literature concerning the application of biophysical techniques to edit a Wikipedia page.
