The course focuses on the representation of queer lives and identities in recent Spanish history. We will engage with Spanish film, literature, and culture to consider and question the ‘origins’ of LGBTQ identity in Spain. Students will be adding to existing and incomplete profiles around LGBTQ life and events in Spain.
