This four-unit course is designed to help future teachers connect context, academic scholarship, and pedagogy by drawing upon their existing knowledge of history. Most of the students are history majors, and they will use knowledge from earlier courses to choose an article that relates to California History Standards for 6, 7, 8, 10, or 11th grade and improve their selected Wikipedia articles.
