This course is a survey of the psychological principles applied to sport, exercise, and coaching situations. We cover learning and motivation, social elements of performance, and mental enhancement techniques. These students have a strong background in anatomy and exercise physiology and are learning how to develop psychological characteristics to enhance performance.
