- 203.177.74.139 · talk · contribs · block · log · stalk · Robtex · whois · Google · ipcheck · HTTP · geo · rangeblocks · spur · shodan - see User talk:Dr Gwapo. Block is from July '08 so worth rechecking (block settings were changed recently, then changed back, but I don't know if the issue was rechecked.) Apparently this is a dynamically-assigned IP address, which makes me think it probably isn't an open proxy. Mangojuicetalk 14:37, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
- I've asked Fred to clarify the re-block. Ports 80 and 8080 seem to be restricted by ACL. -- zzuuzz (talk) 10:38, 12 September 2009 (UTC)

If this disruptive IP was indeed in Russia according to whois, s/he would be some editor to have shown the same disruptive POV. However if not well, still worthy of checking. --Caspian blue 14:49, 24 September 2009 (UTC)

- I haven't looked too closely yet, but the user already has IP block exemption,[1] and this suggests it's a proxy of some sort. -- zzuuzz (talk) 09:32, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
- Infoman99 has confirmed on his talk page that he is once again able to edit, using his IPBE permission, so I don't see the need to unblock the proxy. EdJohnston (talk) 17:32, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
- {{opblocked}}: IP block endorsed. -- zzuuzz (talk) 17:36, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
