Changes to Featured and Good content

An image of the FC Twin was the only image promoted to Featured Picture status this issue.

Summary: This is going to be a long one since the newsletter has not been published in a while. April of 2021 started off a bit slow with only 4 articles being promoted to GA status and 1 being demoted from FA. I'm not going to cover every single one since that would take too long. Multiple months had a lot of things happen in them, with the largest seeming to be January 2022 with 19 GAs and 1 GT.
