Interstate 476
[edit]Interstate 476 (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) review
- Suggestion: No suggestion given regarding A-Class
- Nominator's comments: This article was promoted to A-Class before the ACR process began; it should be reevaluated to ensure that it truly does meet A-Class status.

- The mileposts in the junction table should be updated. This is a case of false precision if these numbers are coming from a paper atlas that doesn't list them to the hundredth of a mile.

- User:JohnnyAlbert10 used a computer program when he put that in - I think I have an updated source of that form somewhere.Mitchazenia : Chat Trained for the pen 22:00, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Do all of the bolded names have redirects in place? If not, the bolded needs to be removed.
- I would question referencing throughout the lead, since that information should be contained lower in the article with a reference.
- I haven't read the prose; I've only skimmed the article this morning briefly. Imzadi1979 (talk) 14:30, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comments - I have some concerns before I will support keeping the article at A-class
- In the infobox, I-78 should not be mentioned as a junction as it does not directly interchange with I-476
- In the infobox, US 6 and US 11 should be abbreviated for consistiency
- References need to be removed from the lead
- More information should be added to the lead
- The subheadings under Route description and History are inconsistient, it is "Blue Route" for Route description but "Mid-County Expressway" for history
- The route description could use some more detailed information such as what landscapes the road passes through
- I do not understand how "ubiquitous nickname" can apply to the Blue Route
- References should be at the end of the sentence and not in the middle
- Sentence should not begin with numeral "8". It should be spelled out
- There are additional citations that are needed in the route description
- The sentence "Rocks can be seen straight ahead just before the road curves right (narrowing down to 1 line in that direction) into that hairpin curve, and they mark the path of the never-built continuation of the Northeast Extension (use I-81 to continue north toward New York State)." is unsourced and sounds like original research
- Dates should not be linked
- "I-476/The Blue Route" reads awkward
- Some of the information in the history section may need to be updated
- Parts of the exit list many need to be fix to meet ELG standards, such as the junctions with unnumbered roads
- References need to be formatted to meet standards
- Reference 6 is from a personal site, but it is a picture so it may be okay to cite
- Reference 9 takes original research from a picture off a personal site and is improperly cited
- Reference 15 is supposed to link to sattelite imagery of the route in Scranton but instead links to imagery in the Lehigh Valley
- The URL for Reference 16 moved but redirects
- The URL for Reference 22 is incorrect
- Reference 24 links to NBC 10's home page and not the individual story Dough4872 (talk) 02:04, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Is anybody planning to work on this? --Rschen7754 (T C) 08:28, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
