I've done a lot of work on this article recently. I think I've run out of things to expand. Could someone comment on it, perhaps tell me what else I could do before nominating this on FAC? —CuiviénenT|C, Wednesday, 24 May 2006 @ 19:53 UTC
- Good work with the rewrite. For the todo list, first, is it possible that you can shorten the storm history at all? You don't have to remove an entire paragraph, but could you possible shorten the 1st and the 3rd paragraphs? Also, you could move the record strength in the storm history to the records section. Another thing that needs to be fixed is the word after, which is the first word of the last 4 paragraphs. Not a big deal, but a slight grammatical problem, at least according to my English teacher. A few other things can be moved from the storm history to impact or records, but all in all, good job. I upped it to B class, though you should nominate it for GA class. If you're serious about FAC, you should discuss it at the talk page. Hurricanehink (talk) 21:53, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
- Two more things. Could you split the lead into 2 paragraphs? Also, are there any more pictures of the storm? Hurricanehink (talk) 21:56, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
- Good job. It's GA worthy, so you should nominate it for at the GA nominations page. Hurricanehink (talk) 01:51, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
Quick question: Would it be better to move the page to Hurricane John (1994)? After all, it isn't retired. —CuiviénenT|C, Thursday, 25 May 2006 @ 01:56 UTC
- Ooh, good point, and I say yes. Hurricanehink (talk) 01:58, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
