Lexington Union Station Company, hereinafter called the carrier, owns and operates a passenger station at Lexington, Ky. The railroad property consists of 0.222 mile of main track, 0.446 mile of yard tracks and siding, a station building of brick, cut stone, and terra cotta construction, and the Ayers Alley viaduct, the latter being built jointly by the carrier, the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company, and the city of Lexington. The grading is very light. The tracks are laid with 85-pound Bessemer rail, new when laid.
