The railroad of the La Fayette Union Railway Company, herein called the La Fayette Union Railway, is a single-track line located at La Fayette, Ind., comprising 4.219 miles of road and structures.


CORPORATE HISTORY

The La Fayette Union Railway was incorporated March 4, 1890, under the general laws of Indiana, to construct and operate a railroad in La Fayette, Ind. The date of its organization was April 25, 1890.

DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY

The owned mileage, 4.219 miles, was all acquired by construction during the period July 14, 1890, to August 15, 1891.
