The railroad of the Beaverton & Willsburg Railroad Company, hereinafter called the Beaverton & Willsburg, consists of two single-track branch lines, aggregating 10.351 miles of road extending from Beaverton to Cook and from Oswego to Willsburg Junction, within the State of Oregon. The branch between Beaverton and Cook is electrified.


CORPORATE HISTORY

The Beaverton & Willsburg was incorporated November 6, 1906, under the general laws of Oregon to construct a line of railroad from Beaverton, and across the Willamette River, to Willsburg, Oreg. The date of Its organization was November 8, 1906.

DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY

The owned mileage of the Beaverton & Willsburg, 10.351 miles, was all acquired by construction between September 1907 and July 17, 1910.
