This page provides a template for uploading images that will be used in articles related to Stargate. It applies mostly to screenshots.

WP:WPSG/Image

When uploading an image, copy the following text into the image description box:

{{subst:Wikipedia:WikiProject Stargate/Image}}

to include this template.

Remember that you must manually select an appropriate licensing tag from the drop-down list on the Upload page.

Choose either "movie-screenshot" or "tv-screenshot" near the bottom.

You should specify some parameters:

{{subst:WP:WPSG/Image|SG1|Jack O'Neill|SG team|http://www.gateworld.net GateWorld}}

Production the screenshot is from (abbreviations will be parsed correctly)

Article the image is being used in

You can specify each parameter by name, too, if you only want to include some of them:
