Creating a Screencast for Wikimedia:
Assembling Your Materials - includes Wiki Logo

VOICE READS "For each screen of your cast, you will need a graphic (still image) or video (moving image). As part of the scripting process, you should have made note of the graphics and videos you will need. Assemble the images and videos, saving them to a common folder with clear labels that will make it easier to remember what each piece is for. VOICE READS "Similarly, you should have made a list of the sounds and sound effects which your screencast will require (other than the spoken words or music you will be contributing yourself). Again, assemble them in a common folder and label them in a manner that will make them easy to identify and use."

as voice reads, a sound montage of sounds, noises, sound effects, etc. may be playing at a low enough level to not drown out the narration

VOICE READS "If your screencast is intended for any Wikimedia project, make sure that you are using images and video files which are available for public use, either as public domain or licensed under a open source license which allows for re-use. An excellent source for these is the Wikimedia Commons, commons.wikimedia.org" [text] SCREEN SHOWING THE WORD Sourcing FOLLOWED BY THESE URLS:
VOICE READS "Having your resources together will make the process of creating the actual screencast go much faster."

as narration reaches "the process of creating the actual screencast" display a quick series of diagrams (subject matter irrelevant) from Commons
