- WikiProject_Rugby_league is in business. Welcome Danmiles and Tim Fellows. We now have five members, which is something I've been waiting for for... 5 months? A fairly long time. Congratulations on every bodies work so far. So much has been done already. I'm excited about what we're doing and were this effort is leading us. Lets create the best rugby league resource on the net. Just as a special mention continue to write your articles with respect to wikipedia's manual of style and stance on NPOV. Thank you.
- Query Jonathan Davies page - discussion: there needs to be evidence that no-one would pass to him when he went back to RU. Otherwise it's just speculation Tim Fellows 12:00, 14 December 2005 (UTC) It's mentioned in Davies' book 'codebreaker' as well as Adrian Hadley's book 'Codes of Misconduct'.GordyB 16:32, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

- Created something more of a Easts Tigers page.--dan, dan and dan 01:53, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
- Created Queensland Cup (rugby league competition) and Foley Shield (rugby league competition) pages to replace a simple lists of winners. Updated the Rugby League in Australia page. Started to cat the QRL subpages. Also just finished writing the Brisbane Rugby League premiership (rugby league competition) page. --dan, dan and dan 01:02, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
- Updated the page on Lang Park to include its history before 2003. Also created a page (that is still a work in progress) on legendary QRL administrator Ron McAullife. An ongoing little task of mine is to create pages for each of Australia's Test captains, but I haven't got too far on this front. Have also started doing some work on the Queensland Cup teams but they are still in a pretty tatty state.--dan, dan and dan 23:16, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
- I'm still, still, still working on updates to the main rugby league page. I've also seem to lost track of my russian contacts. Maybe their just having problems with their net again? Welcome to Danmiles who will join us on our work. Its nearly time to go official with our project. I'll look into this when I get my updates finished.
- I'm working on a new version of the main RL page, in an attempt to bring a more international appeal to the article. I also hope this will make the article more encyclopaedic in nature, which should hopefully allow us to get feature article status in the distant future. Other news includes the creation of Rugby league in Papua New Guinea and a major edit of Rugby league in Italy. Also, look out for a new wikipedia User:smerk, who seems to know too much about international rugby league. Hopefully we can welcome him to our team.
