The Progressive Rock WikiProject is a project, created on 21 August2009, that helps to assemble editors interested in progressive rock, symphonic rock, math rock, art rock, and experimental rock. The aim of this project is to standardize and improve articles related to progressive rock and its many sub-genres, as well as to create missing articles. This project is parented by WikiProject Rock, though it runs independently of it.
If you feel that you can make a positive contribution to the project, become a member by joining the list of members. If you don't know what to write or where to begin, or if you have doubts or ideas on how to improve an article, please address the project's discussion forum.
Goals
The goals of this WikiProject are:
To improve the dismal quality of existing articles on progressive rock bands
To create new articles on the many progressive rock bands that slip past the mainstream radar, but are still notable in parts of the world
Go through our articles. If the article has no image, especially if it has an infobox, check the talk page. If there is a comment by BetaCommandBot red-linking to a deleted picture, then add that page to the deleted images page.
Timeline of progressive rock - Try to add specific dates for "Events" and include links to external sources where possible.
Timeline of progressive rock - Go through and tag all bands, musicians, and albums that have been missed. Try to go in order, and leave a message on the talk page saying where you got to in the list.
Roll the Bones more work needs to be done to develop this article.
There's been an addition to this article. The quote does a decent summary of the album as it relates to 5 of the songs on the album (songs referred to are in the Talk article for this album). Can someone solve an editing problem that I have? Does anyone know how to get rid of the big verticle space between what is said immediately before the quote and the quote itself?
