The composers of the month for June are three composers whose grand operas premiered at the Paris Opera during the period of the July Monarchy. We lack articles on the following:

• Louise Bertin's La Esmeralda (1836)
• Louis Niedermeyer's Stradella (1837) and Marie Stuart (1844)
• Michael Balfe's L'etoile de Seville (1845)
