Note: this is a guildline only for WP:DOAWK.

Inviting members is highly encouraged, but you must be careful about who you are planning to invite.

They must at have constructively contributed to articles/categories based on WP:WIMPYKID.
They must have a clean edit history, with no more than 3+ signs of vandalism.
They must be willing to be active as a member of the task force.
They must have at least 100+ edits.
They must have a period of 2 months of registration.
They must have been online in the past two weeks.

If they match the criteria above, send them an invitation with {{subst:DOAWKinvite}}.

Hello, DOAWK! I'd like to invite you to join the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid task force, which works to improve articles related to Diary of a Wimpy Kid and its books. Check out our project page or contact me to learn more! -- User:Example 15:01, 15 June 2016 (UTC) [reply]

After they've accepted the invitation and added their name in the members section, you can send them an invite with {{subst:RRwel}}.

Blocked user.
IP Addresses (first encourage them to create an account; if they refuse they can't join!)
Users that have constructive edits only on WP:DOAWK articles but rest are considered vandalism

Users without activity in the past month (They must have a WikiBreak banner; otherwise they will be removed)
Users without activity in the task force in the past two weeks
Blocked users/ IP addresses

And you'll be all set!
