Navbox

At the bottom of many musician's article pages, there are templates that list albums, singles, and/or members.

Guidelines

Every navbox should include some basic information:

• The artist/band's name.
• (If applicable) List of members
• Links to articles about the artist's albums and other releases

Optional items to include:

• Related articles
  • Example: {{3 Doors Down}}

• Videography
  • Example: {{Metallica}}

• Tours
  • Example: {{Coldplay}}

Placement

The navbox should be placed directly after the external links section, but before the category links.

Naming conventions

The navbox for a musician or band should always be named the same as the name.

Example:

• For Metallica, the navbox is named {{Metallica}}
• For 50 Cent, the navbox is named {{50 Cent}}

Exception: Articles that have "(band)" in the name:

• For Muse (band), the navbox is named {{Muse}}

This is the standard template to be used on a musician's or musical ensemble's page. This project has specifically created this navbox to standardize the navigational box for musician-related articles.
