Welcome to the third Bugle for 2021!
A backlog drive will be run throughout the month of April. Editors are invited to update the B-class reviews of articles, and participate in GA and higher-level review processes. This will help to clear the large and slow-moving backlog of articles up for review, as well as provide an up-to-date assessment of articles at B-class or lower. For further information and to sign up for the drive, head to Wikipedia:WikiProject Military History/April 2021 Reviewing Drive.
The regular article news section highlights a lot of new featured and A-class content. These include eight new FAs, a featured picture, and seven new A-class articles. Congratulations to all the responsible editors.
The book review section includes two reviews this month, on quite different books. Hawkeye7 provides an assessment of a good book on the role of female 'computers' in the early US space and missile programs, and Nick-D discusses a disappointing work on the Israeli military.
Last but not least, welcome to Shotgunscoop, Ironarcher13, Garmin21, FredModulars and Chongkian who all joined the project in February. If you have any questions, feel free to contact one of the coordinators or post on WT:MILHIST if you have any questions.
Your editors, Ian Rose (talk) and Nick-D (talk)
